Staged Sub-Tasks Now Start the Moment You Assign Them
Assigning an agent to a parent task with staged sub-tasks and choosing Assign All now starts the first stage immediately instead of leaving it stuck.
Summary
Assigning an agent to a parent task and choosing Assign All to cascade it onto staged sub-tasks now starts the first stage right away, instead of leaving it waiting indefinitely.
What You Gain
Cascading an assignment onto a staged breakdown used to queue the parent correctly but leave every sub-task parked with no stage ever starting — including the very first one. Now the first stage releases itself the instant the cascade runs, so work begins immediately and the rest of the chain proceeds as expected. This fixes a gap in Assign All for staged breakdowns, the feature that introduced this cascade.
How It Works
Choosing Assign All on a staged parent task now triggers Stage 1 directly, instead of waiting for an earlier stage to finish first — which never happens on a fresh assignment.
Where to Find It
This applies automatically the next time you cascade an assignment onto a staged breakdown.
