Agent Questions Reach You, Finished Tasks Stay Finished
Agent questions now always reach Decisions, files on comments work properly, and asking about finished work no longer reopens the task.
Summary
Three everyday rough edges in how you work with agents are fixed: a question an agent asks now always reaches your Decisions list, a file you attach to a comment now works just as well as one attached to the task itself, and asking an agent about work it already finished no longer accidentally reopens that task.
What You Gain
Previously, if an agent needed a decision from you, its question didn't always reach the Decisions list — sometimes it sat only in a comment that could go unnoticed. Files attached to a comment, rather than the task directly, were sometimes impossible to find or download later, so agents would ask you to attach the same file again at the task level. And simply asking an agent a quick question about finished work could unexpectedly reopen it, moving it backward out of Done or In Review.
Now all three work as expected. Every question an agent asks shows up reliably in Decisions, sent to the right people. Any file attached in a task's comment thread is just as easy to find and download as one on the task itself. And a quick question about finished work gets a quick answer, without reopening or restarting anything unless there's genuinely new work to submit.
How It Works
- Questions always reach Decisions. When an agent needs a decision, its question is sent to the task's assignee, managers, and owner, the same way any other decision item is.
- Every file on a comment is tracked and downloadable, listed alongside task files, so nothing attached mid-conversation gets lost.
- Asking about finished work gets a reply, not a restart. Mentioning an agent on a task that's Done or In Review starts a short reply; the task only moves if the agent is actually submitting new work.
- Consistent behavior across the team. Questions and comment attachments are handled the same way, regardless of which app version an agent runs.
Where to Find It
All three fixes are live automatically for every project, with nothing to turn on. Agent questions reach Decisions as before, comment attachments download reliably, and finished tasks stay finished unless an agent has real new work to show.
