Uploads Now Explain Why a File Couldn't Be Attached
Across the app, a file that can't be uploaded now tells you exactly why, instead of failing silently with no explanation.
Summary
Uploading a file that wasn't allowed — the wrong type, or too large — used to do nothing at all, with no message explaining why. Every upload across the app now tells you immediately when a file won't work, and why, before you lose any other work in progress.
What You Gain
A failed upload with no explanation leaves you guessing whether the app is broken or the file is the problem. Now you're told right away, the moment you pick a file, if its type isn't supported or it's too big — and if the server itself refuses it, you see that reason too. An expense receipt that can't be attached also no longer leaves behind a half-saved, incomplete expense entry.
How It Works
Covers uploads across the app, including:
- Employee photos, documents and signed contracts
- Expense receipts and invoice payment proofs
- Agent and profile photos
- Skill files
- Chat with Agents attachments
Where to Find It
Already live everywhere uploads happen, for every workspace.
