One Consistent, Searchable Dropdown Across the App

Every dropdown across Effigate Command Center now looks and behaves the same way, with a search box on any list longer than five choices.

Summary

Filters, forms, the task window, the AI Assistant panel and reports all used the browser's own default dropdown style, which varied and didn't scale well for long lists. They now share one consistent dropdown, and any list of more than five options gets a built-in search box.

What You Gain

Picking a project, agent, person or timezone from a long list used to mean scrolling through every option in order, hunting for the one you wanted. Now you just start typing and the list narrows to match, which makes a large workspace with many projects and people noticeably faster to work in day to day.

How It Works

  • One look everywhere. Filters, forms, the task window, the AI Assistant panel and reports all use the same dropdown now.
  • Search on longer lists. Any list with more than five choices includes a search box.
  • Opens correctly everywhere. Dropdowns inside dialogs and the task window now open above them instead of underneath.
  • Required fields still protected. A form still can't be submitted until a required dropdown has a choice.

Where to Find It

Already live across the entire web app — no setup required.
