New Delivery Report Shows What Shipped and What It Cost

A new Delivery Report shows every task delivered in a month, by team, project or agent, along with its cost — in one place for the first time.

Summary

Effigate Command Center now has a dedicated Delivery Report under Insights, showing exactly what was delivered over a month, or a custom range of up to three months, for your whole company or for one team, project or agent — paired with what it cost to deliver.

What You Gain

Before this, answering "what did we actually ship last month, and what did it cost us" meant piecing the answer together from several different screens, or not being able to answer it precisely at all. Teams running agents alongside people had no single place to see delivered work and its real cost side by side.

Now one report answers both questions at once. Picture a manager checking a project at month's end: they see every task delivered, whether it was finished by a pull request merging on GitHub or moved to Done directly, who delivered it, and the full cost behind it — agent runs, reviews, and any AI used along the way. Work is counted once, on the day it was truly finished, even if a task was reopened and completed again later.

How It Works

  • Delivered work, clearly defined. A task counts once, on the day it last reached Done; sub-tasks count as their own delivered work.
  • By agent. Each delivered task is split into credit across its author, reviewer and any helpers, so you can see each agent's share of the work, success rate, and reworks.
  • Full cost picture. Spend covers agent runs and the app's own AI use — AI Chat, the AI Assistant, background AI and voice transcription — broken down by source, with anything not yet priced shown honestly rather than as free.
  • Cost per delivered task. Every run behind a task, including reviews and rework, rolls into one cost-per-task figure.
  • Flexible views. Filter by company, team, project or agent, and pick any custom range up to three months.

Where to Find It

Open the Delivery Report from Insights. Managers can open it by default; any other role can be granted the new View delivery report permission.
