Dashboard Now Shows What's Stuck and Project Health
The Operational dashboard now answers an owner's monthly questions — what shipped, what's stuck and on whom, and how each project and agent is doing.
Summary
The Operational tab of the dashboard has grown into a real month-by-month answer to the questions an owner or manager actually asks: what did we deliver, what's stuck and waiting on someone, and how is each project, agent and person doing. It replaces the old Team Performance table, which only ever told part of the story.
What You Gain
Before, understanding how a month actually went meant jumping between several screens, or relying on a performance table that only counted people with a specific role — leaving out the agents doing most of the day-to-day work. For a team that runs largely on agents working alongside a smaller group of people, that left a real blind spot.
Now the dashboard pulls it together in one place. Picture checking in at month's end: you see tasks delivered compared with last month, a chart of the trend, what's been stuck and why, and whose turn it is to unstick it. Each project shows a clear health read — blocked, at risk, or on track — explained by the actual work behind it, not a vague score. Agents show their share of delivered work, success rate and cost, right alongside the people on the team.
How It Works
- Delivered, compared to last month. With a daily or weekly trend chart, plus spend and cost-per-task for anyone who can see the Delivery Report.
- Waiting on people, and what needs attention. The same stuck-work signals as the morning digest email, oldest first, with a direct link to your own Decisions queue.
- Project health, explained. Blocked (a task is stuck), at risk (no delivery in 7 days, or a sprint past its deadline), or on track — always with the reason shown.
- Agents and people, side by side. Credit, first-time-right rate, reworks and cost for agents; what each person created, what's waiting on them, and when they were last active.
- One click to the work. Backlog, Unassigned and Overdue each open the Board filtered to exactly those tasks.
