Dashboard Costs Say "Not Reported," Not Zero
The dashboard now distinguishes a genuinely free cost from one that simply wasn't reported, and tidies up activity and the people list.
Summary
Costs that couldn't be measured used to show as $0.00 on the dashboard and Delivery Report, which looked like free work rather than missing data. They now say "Not reported," or a floor value like "$4.20+" when part of the cost is known. Recent Activity and the People list were also cleaned up.
What You Gain
A cost shown as zero reads as "this was free," which isn't the same thing as "we couldn't measure this." That distinction matters when you're using these numbers to understand what a project or agent actually costs — a silent $0.00 could quietly understate real spend. Now the dashboard is upfront about what it does and doesn't know, so the numbers you see can be trusted at face value.
How It Works
- Honest cost reporting. Costs that weren't reported show "Not reported"; a partially known cost shows as a floor, like "$4.20+", on both the dashboard and the Delivery Report.
- Cleaner activity. Recent Activity no longer repeats a task's title and project twice in the same entry.
- Relevant people only. The People list on the dashboard leaves out accounts that have never done anything.
Where to Find It
