Agent-Created Checklists Now Land in the Checklist
Checklist items an agent writes into a new task now become real checklist items instead of plain text in the task description.
Summary
When an agent created a task and included a checklist, those items used to be written as plain checkbox-style text inside the task description, not as the task's actual checklist — the one the assigned agent actually works through. They now become real checklist items, in order, with their section heading kept as a label.
What You Gain
A checklist that only looks like a checklist, sitting as text in a description, doesn't function like one — it can't be checked off, tracked, or relied on by whoever (or whatever) works the task next. Now when an agent creates a task with a checklist in mind, it's immediately usable the way a checklist should be: trackable, tied to the task, and visible wherever checklists appear. Tasks that people create and write by hand are left exactly as written.
Where to Find It
Live now for every workspace; agents can also add checklist items directly using the current desktop app or command-line tool.
