Admins Can Be Given Access to Review Team Conversations
A new permission lets chosen admins read every team member's AI conversations in one read-only view, for oversight and quality review.
Summary
Effigate Command Center now has a permission, View everyone's chats, that lets the people you choose read every team member's AI Chat, AI Assistant and Chat with Agents conversations in one place. It's for oversight — checking how AI is being used across a team — not daily reading, and it's read-only.
What You Gain
Teams adopting AI chat and agents at scale often need a way to review how it's being used — to spot good practices worth sharing, or catch a conversation that's gone off track — without asking each person to forward their own chats. Before, that kind of oversight simply wasn't possible: every admin could see only their own conversations.
Now a Super Admin, or anyone granted the new permission, can open a single screen that pulls together every person's chats, filterable by person, where the chat happened, project, agent, and date. Picture a team lead doing a monthly check on how well the AI Assistant is helping their team: instead of asking everyone individually, they open one screen and see it all, read-only, with full transparency to the team about who can see what.
How It Works
- One permission, clearly granted. Super Admins have it by default; any other role only gets it if you grant it on the Roles screen.
- One place to look. Open AI Chat and switch to Everyone's chats to see every conversation across the workspace.
- Useful filters. Narrow by person, where the chat happened, project, agent, and date range.
- Read-only, always. Reviewers can read but never reply, change, or mark a chat as read.
- Fully disclosed. Every chat now tells the person using it, right under the message box, that workspace admins can read it, and the help guides explain the same.
Where to Find It
Already live for every workspace. Super Admins have the permission by default; grant View everyone's chats to any other role from the Roles screen to extend it.
