Effigate Command Center fixed four small display issues in the desktop app's Agent Office, all found and confirmed while building the same feature for mobile. Shipped work, launch timing, and your team roster now all display accurately and consistently.
What You Gain
Previously, a run that was still finishing up could briefly appear as already shipped on your Shipped shelf, then disappear and reappear once it actually landed. A busy shelf could also lose track of older items when new ones arrived, and two runs finishing at the same moment could show up out of order. On top of that, if your team got smaller, an agent that had been sitting idle could be left in a spot that no longer existed in the office layout.
Those four issues are now fixed. Your Shipped shelf reflects what has actually shipped, in the order it happened, and the office always has a seat for every agent on your team, however the team's size changes.
How It Works
- Accurate shelf timing. A run now joins the Shipped shelf only once it has actually landed, not while it's still finishing up.
- Correct room on a full shelf. When the shelf is full, the oldest item makes room for a new one, rather than removing more than needed.
- Correct landing order. Two runs that finish at nearly the same time now land on the shelf in the order they actually launched.
- Everyone has a seat. When your team's size changes, every agent, whether idle or offline, is placed correctly in the new office layout instead of being stranded.
