Live Updates Now Arrive Instantly Across The Mobile App
Live updates on the Effigate Command Center mobile app now arrive the instant something changes, across task detail, boards, chat, and agent activity.
Summary
Live updates across the Effigate Command Center mobile app — task detail, the project board, chats, agent run activity, and the Agent Office — now arrive the moment something changes, instead of waiting for the screen's next automatic refresh. What you see on your phone now matches what's actually happening in real time.
What You Gain
Before this fix, mobile screens that are supposed to update live were quietly relying on their fallback instead: a periodic refresh timer, or whatever reloaded when you reopened the app. A teammate moving a task, an agent starting or finishing a run, or a new chat message would all eventually show up, but only once the screen's timer caught up — not the instant it happened. On a busy project, that lag made the app feel like it was always a step behind the web version.
Picture watching an agent work on a task from your phone: previously, you might see it listed as "idle" for a stretch after it had already started, simply because the live signal that should have updated the screen never reached it. Now the same signal that updates the web app the instant something changes reaches the mobile app too, so task detail, the board, chats, and the Agent Office all reflect what's happening as it happens.
How It Works
- Task detail updates live. Status, comments, and changes from teammates or agents appear on the task screen immediately, not on the next refresh.
- The project board updates live. Cards move and change status on your phone as soon as they do anywhere else.
- Chats update live. New messages from an agent or a teammate arrive the moment they're sent.
- Agent run activity updates live. The Agent Office and run transcripts reflect a run starting, progressing, or finishing without you needing to pull to refresh.
- No action needed. This is a behind-the-scenes fix to how the app listens for updates; nothing changes about how you use it.
Where to Find It
This is already active across the Effigate Command Center mobile app for every account — there's nothing to turn on.
