A Clearer Comment and Description Composer on Mobile
The mobile app's comment, AI Chat, and task description composers were redesigned for a clearer layout, and a related display bug was fixed.
Summary
The mobile app's comment composer, AI Chat composer, and new-task description field have been redesigned for a clearer, more consistent layout, alongside a fix for a display bug that could make an empty field look oddly oversized.
What You Gain
Before this, an empty comment or description field could visually balloon to several lines tall, making the composer look like a floating, misplaced bubble rather than a proper input. On the task detail screen specifically, the comment composer could also overlap the Comments section above it, including the "No comments yet" message, hiding content behind the keyboard area.
Both issues are now fixed, and all three composers share a clearer design: a labeled section with a single bordered box holding the text area and its icon row together, instead of a loose pill squeezed between icons.
How It Works
- Consistent sizing — an empty field now stays compact instead of stretching to several lines.
- Clearer layout — comment, AI Chat, and description fields share one labeled, bordered design.
- No more overlap — the comment composer on the task detail screen no longer covers content above it.
