Fixed an error that could stop you from clearing certain escalated or waiting-on-directory items out of your Decisions list.

Clearing certain run-related items out of your Decisions list — specifically ones flagged as escalated or waiting on a local directory — could fail with an error instead of clearing. That's fixed.
What You Gain
Before the fix, trying to dismiss one of these items from Decisions could throw an error and leave it stuck in your queue, even though you'd already handled it. Now the clear action completes normally every time.
How It Works
Clearing any item from Decisions, including escalated or waiting-on-directory items, now works reliably and removes it from the list as expected.
