Shared Agents Are Now Actually Visible to Your Whole Team

Agent sharing now works correctly for everyone, with a clearer Team option and a brand-new Company option for sharing an agent company-wide.

Summary

Some teammates could previously see fewer shared agents — and in a separate issue, more machines — than they should have, caused by a gap in how people were being added to teams. Both are fixed, agent sharing options are now clearer, and you can share an agent with your whole company at once for the first time.

What You Gain

Previously, a colleague added to your account without being placed on a team would quietly see less than everyone else — no shared agents, and several other team-scoped features like labels, SOPs, and the calendar either missing or incomplete for them, with nothing on screen to explain why. The same underlying gap also caused the opposite problem in one specific case: it could cause someone to see every machine registered to the company instead of only the ones they should.

People added without a team are now automatically added to their company's own team, and adding someone new now clearly asks you to set their team up front. Agent sharing itself is also clearer: what used to be called "Workspace" visibility — which actually meant your team, not literally your whole workspace — is now called Team, and a new Company option lets you share a general-purpose agent with everyone in your organization at once, without creating a separate copy for every team.

How It Works

  • Adding a new person now asks for their team, and warns you if you leave it blank.
  • People already added without a team have been placed on their company's team automatically.
  • Agent visibility is now Private (just you), Team (everyone on this agent's team), or the new Company (everyone in your organization).
  • Any agent or Quick Action already shared under the old "Workspace" label keeps exactly the same visibility — nothing changes hands.
  • An agent's own page now clearly names which team it belongs to.

Where to Find It

Manage this from your Agents page (visibility) and your Users settings (team assignment). Available to anyone who can already manage agents or users on your account.
