Analytics now tells you the truth, including what needs you

Analytics numbers now agree with each other, work in progress is finally visible, and a new worklist shows exactly which failures need your attention.

Summary

The Analytics page used to disagree with itself — totals that didn't add up, failures missing from the chart that showed up in the counts. It's now internally consistent, shows work currently in progress, and lists exactly which failures need a person.

What You Gain

Numbers you can't trust are numbers you stop checking. Previously, failures could be undercounted on the chart, different cards could measure different time windows without saying so, and a busy day with lots of work queued or running could look empty because none of it was reflected anywhere yet.

Now every card, chart and table on the page measures the same time range and reconciles with the others. There's a dedicated count for work currently queued or running, so a busy day actually looks busy. And rather than a bare failure count, you get a list of the most recent failures with the real reason each one happened — so you can act on the handful of repeated issues that, in practice, account for most of them.

How It Works

  • Failed runs are now correctly included on the chart, and historical data has been corrected so past failures show up rather than staying hidden.
  • All figures on the page — cards, chart, breakdowns and per-agent tables — now measure the same time range.
  • A new In Flight figure and band on the chart show work that's queued or still running.
  • Average completion times now include failed runs, not just successful ones, so slow failures aren't hidden from the average.
  • A Runs that need attention section lists recent failures with the task, the agent, and the actual reason it failed.

Where to Find It

Open Analytics from any project — the corrected numbers are live now for every account.
