Clearer Review Choices Replace The Old Review Card
Reviewing a task is simpler now — Approve and Close & Reassign live in the task header, and feedback to an agent works at any status.
Summary
Reviewing a task's work is simpler now: the old three-button review card in the middle of the task has been replaced by Approve and Close & Reassign in the task header, and "Request changes" is now a Feedback to agent checkbox you can use at any status.
What You Gain
The previous review card only appeared during a specific review step, and its three options could blur together. Now the two clearest outcomes — approve, or close and hand to someone else — live right in the header where you're already looking. And feedback for an agent is no longer locked to one stage: check the Feedback to agent box on any comment, at any point, and it reopens the task and re-queues the agent with your note.
How It Works
- Approve or Close & Reassign, right in the task header, replacing the old mid-task card.
- Feedback to agent is a checkbox on the comment box, usable at any status — not just during review.
- Sending feedback reopens the task and re-queues its agent automatically.
