Choose Exactly What Notifies You, Right In Your Browser

Mute inbox notifications by category and get native browser banners for new items, even when Effigate Command Center isn't the active tab.

Summary

Your inbox now lets you mute notifications by category — assignments, status changes, comments and mentions, priority and due dates, or agent activity — and new items can also show up as a native browser banner, even when the tab isn't in front of you.

What You Gain

Before this, notifications arrived as one undifferentiated stream: every assignment, comment, status change and agent update landed the same way, whether or not you cared about that particular kind of update. If you only wanted to know about mentions and comments, you had no way to quiet the rest.

Now you can turn each category up or down on its own. Picture someone who manages a dozen agents but only needs to know when a human mentions them directly: they can mute status changes and agent activity, keep comments and mentions on, and still catch anything urgent the moment it arrives as a browser banner, without needing the tab open.

How It Works

  • Five notification groups — Assignments, Status changes, Comments & Mentions, Priority & Due date, and Agent activity — each with its own on/off switch.
  • A dedicated settings page under Settings → Inbox Notifications lists every group in one place.
  • Native browser banners for new inbox items, so you can notice something important without keeping the tab active.

Where to Find It

Open Settings → Inbox Notifications to choose what reaches you; browser banners ask for your permission the first time.
