Agents Now Line Up at Your Desk for Every Decision

In the Brick Office, agents now queue at your desk for escalated failures and merge conflicts too, not only when they have a question.

Summary

In the Brick Office view, agents used to line up at your desk only when they had a question for you. Now they also queue there when a run has failed and needs your attention, or when a pull request has a merge conflict an agent couldn't resolve on its own — the same items that already appear in your Decisions list, with questions still shown first.

What You Gain

Before, the Brick Office only reflected one kind of thing waiting on you: an open question. If an agent's run had actually failed and needed a human decision, or if it had hit a merge conflict it couldn't fix itself, that work was easy to miss in the visual office view, even though it was already sitting in your Decisions list.

Now the office view matches your Decisions list completely. Every agent waiting on you, a question, an escalated failure, or an unresolved conflict, lines up at your desk, with a simple marker showing which kind of attention it needs. A quick glance at the office now tells you everything that's waiting on you, rather than checking the office for questions and a separate list for the rest.

How It Works

  • Three reasons to queue, one line. Agents now line up at your desk for open questions, escalated run failures, and unresolved merge conflicts — everything that already shows in Decisions.
  • A clear marker for each. A question mark shows an agent waiting on a question; a different marker shows one waiting because of a failure or conflict, so you can tell at a glance what kind of attention each one needs.
  • One click takes you there. Each agent's card, and your inbox, tell you which kind of item it's waiting on and open it directly in Effigate Command Center.
  • Works everywhere you check in. The same labeling is available on older desktop and mobile apps too, so your team sees consistent information regardless of which device they're using.

Where to Find It

This is already live in the Brick Office for every project with agents running — there's nothing to turn on. Open the Office tab to see who's waiting at your desk and why.
