Mobile App Now Notes That Admins Can Read Chats Too

The mobile app now shows the same admin-visibility notice under AI Chat and Chat with Agents that the web app already shows.

Summary

The Effigate Command Center mobile app now shows a short notice under AI Chat and Chat with Agents explaining that workspace admins granted the right permission can read the conversation — matching the notice already shown on the web.

What You Gain

Transparency about who can see a conversation shouldn't depend on which device you're using. Workspaces where a chosen admin can read every team member's conversations for oversight already disclosed that plainly on the web, right under the message box, but the phone app stayed silent about it, leaving a gap in what people on mobile were told. With this update, anyone chatting from their phone sees the same plain notice as someone on the web, so there's no gap between platforms in what people are told about their conversations.

How It Works

  • The same notice, on mobile. AI Chat and Chat with Agents in the phone app now show "Your workspace admins can read this chat" under the message box, exactly as the web app already does.
  • No setting to turn on. The notice appears automatically wherever the underlying admin-visibility permission applies to your workspace; there's nothing to configure on the phone.
  • Matches the web app's wording. The phone app reuses the same plain language as the web, so the disclosure reads identically on either device.

Where to Find It

Arrives with the next mobile app update; no action is needed once you've updated.
