Fewer False "Unfinished Work" Alerts on Agent Runs

Agent runs that had already finished and opened a pull request no longer get wrongly flagged as unfinished, with a confusing alert.

Summary

Some agent runs that had already committed their work and opened a pull request were being marked as having left work unfinished, triggering a "needs your input" notification even though review was already under way. That false alarm is fixed.

What You Gain

Before this fix, a run could do everything right — finish its work, commit it, and hand the task to review — and still get flagged afterward with an unfinished-work warning, sending you a notification that something needed your attention when nothing actually did. For a team relying on agents to work independently, a steady trickle of false alarms makes it harder to trust the real ones.

The cause turned out to be harmless leftover files that some project setup steps, or local tools, create on their own and were never part of the agent's actual work. Effigate Command Center now recognizes those harmless leftovers and no longer treats them as a sign the agent left something uncommitted. A run that genuinely leaves real, unexpected changes behind still fails the check exactly as before — this only removes the false positives.

Where to Find It

This fix needs the current desktop app; update it to stop seeing the false alerts.
