Find Any Chat Fast and See Its Cost by Project

Search every chat by title, agent or message, see which chats have unread replies, and see chat costs broken out by project.

Summary

Chat with Agents is easier to live in day to day: you can now search across every chat, including archived ones, see at a glance which ones have a reply you haven't read yet, and see what your AI conversations are costing broken out by project, not just as one combined number.

What You Gain

Finding an old conversation used to mean scrolling and guessing which chat it was in. Now a single search box covers every chat's title, agent, and message content, archived chats included, and shows the exact message that matched, on both web and phone.

Keeping track of what needed a reply was just as manual: nothing told you which chats had moved on. The sidebar's Chat item, and Chats on the phone, now carry an unread badge that updates the moment a reply arrives, so a busy week doesn't quietly bury the ones waiting on you. And because AI conversations have a real cost, those costs now count toward the right project's usage figures, with a separate filter for chats not about any project, so a team's AI spend lines up with the work it paid for.

How It Works

  • Search everything. One search box covers chat titles, agents, and message content, archived chats included, on web and mobile.
  • Unread badge. The sidebar (and the phone app's Chats tab) shows a count of chats with an unread reply, updating live as replies come in.
  • Costs follow the project. Chat costs now appear on each project's Usage page; chats with no project have their own Chats (no project) filter.
  • Faster long chats on mobile. The phone app now loads the latest messages first, with Load earlier messages for the rest.
  • Fair-use limits. Sending messages, attaching files, and linking or sharing chats are rate-limited per person, with a plain "wait a moment" message if you hit the limit, the same protection that applies to a connected Slack bot.
  • Tidier storage. Files attached to a chat but never sent are automatically cleaned up after a day.

Where to Find It

Live now for everyone using Chat with Agents, on web and mobile, with no setup needed. Costs by project appear automatically on each project's Usage page.
