The Sidebar Is Now Organized Into Foldable Sections
The sidebar is now grouped into short, clearly named sections you can fold away, replacing one long unbroken list of links.
Summary
The sidebar had grown into one long, unbroken list of links that made it harder to find what you needed at a glance. It's now organized into short sections named for what you actually do there, and you can fold any section away to keep the ones you use most front and center.
What You Gain
As more features were added over time, the sidebar's "Workspace" area had become a long single list, with related items like Customers and Roles ending up grouped in places that didn't match how most teams think about them. Finding a specific page meant scanning past everything else first.
Now the sidebar is split into seven short, clearly labeled sections — such as Work, Agents, Insights, and People — each holding only what belongs there. Nothing was added or removed, and what you can see is unchanged; a section you don't have access to simply doesn't appear. If you mostly live in Agents and rarely touch Finance or HR, you can fold those away and keep your sidebar focused on what you actually use.
How It Works
- Seven short sections replace the old single list, each named for what you do there — for example Work (Board, Projects, Calendar), Agents (Agents, Chat, Autopilots), and Insights (Agent Usage, Analytics).
- Dashboard, Inbox and Decisions stay at the top, unsectioned, since they're used constantly.
- Click a section's title to fold it away. Your choice is remembered, so your sidebar stays the way you left it.
- A section never hides the page you're currently on, even if you'd folded it away earlier.
Where to Find It
The new sidebar layout is already live for every account — there's nothing to turn on. Click any section title to fold or expand it.
