Manage Every Label Your Team Uses In One Place

A new Labels page in Settings lists every label your team uses across all projects and how many tasks each is on, so unused ones are easy to clean up.

Summary

Labels you use on tasks now have a single home: Settings → Labels lists every label across every project, along with how many tasks carry it, so the ones nobody uses anymore are easy to spot and clean up.

What You Gain

Before this, there was no single view of every label your team had ever created — you'd only see which labels existed by browsing individual projects and tasks. Over time that makes it hard to tell which labels are actually in active use and which are leftover clutter nobody reaches for anymore.

Now you can see, at a glance, every label in use across your whole team, how many tasks each one is attached to, and edit or delete the ones that have outlived their purpose — all from one page instead of hunting project by project.

How It Works

  • One page lists every label your team uses, across all projects, with a count of tasks on each.
  • Edit or delete a label directly from the list.
  • The two review labels used by the review workflow are marked as system labels and can't be edited or removed, since they're managed automatically by review verdicts.

Where to Find It

Open Settings → Labels to see and manage every label your team uses.
