Sprints Tab Gets A Board View Alongside The List

A project's Sprints tab now offers a Board view next to the existing List view, so you can drag tasks between statuses sprint by sprint.

Summary

A project's Sprints tab now has a List/Board toggle. Board groups every task across every sprint — plus anything unscheduled — into status columns you can drag cards between, the same way the main task board already works, while List keeps the familiar collapsible-sections layout you're used to.

What You Gain

Until now, the Sprints tab only offered one layout: sprints as collapsible sections with tasks listed as rows inside them. That's a good fit for reviewing a sprint's full task list, but it made it harder to see, at a glance, how work was moving across statuses within and across sprints.

Now a Board view sits right next to List. Switch to it and every task — across every sprint, plus anything not yet scheduled into one — appears in status columns, exactly like the main Kanban board. Drag a card into a new column and its status changes immediately, the same way it does from the main board. Because Board groups by status rather than by sprint, each card carries a small sprint badge so you can still tell which sprint — or none — it belongs to.

How It Works

  • Toggle next to Add Sprint. A List/Board switch sits alongside the button you already use to add a sprint.
  • Board groups across every sprint. Status columns pull in tasks from every sprint plus anything unscheduled, all in one view.
  • Drag-and-drop changes status. Moving a card between columns updates its status the same way the main board does.
  • Sprint badges keep context visible. Each card shows which sprint it's in, since Board groups by status rather than by sprint.
  • Your choice is remembered. The app remembers whether you last used List or Board and opens the same view next time.

Where to Find It

Open any project's Sprints tab and use the new toggle next to Add Sprint — available to every account today, with nothing to configure.
