Mobile Agent Office Now Shows Who's Actually Working
The mobile Agent Office and home-screen widget now correctly show which agents are actively working, matching what the desktop app already showed.
Summary
The mobile app's Agent Office and the iOS home-screen widget now correctly show which agents are actively working, matching what the desktop app has shown all along. Previously, both could say no agent was working even while one genuinely was.
What You Gain
Before this fix, the desktop Office correctly showed an agent mid-task, but the mobile Agent Office's Work Area said no agents were currently working, and the home-screen widget echoed the same "nobody right now" message — even during an active run. The two surfaces were reading the same underlying activity differently, and mobile consistently lost that comparison.
Now mobile draws on the same signal the desktop app already relied on, so an agent's status is shown as working whenever it genuinely has an active run on a connected device. A run that's stuck or waiting on a disconnected device correctly doesn't count as working, so the status you see reflects what's actually happening, not a stale snapshot.
How It Works
- Mobile Work Area matches desktop. The mobile Agent Office now shows an agent as working under the same conditions the desktop app already used.
- Home-screen widget matches too. The iOS widget reflects the same corrected status.
- Presence indicators are consistent. Agent picker dots showing "online while working" now reflect this same, corrected status everywhere they appear.
- Updates arrive live. Mobile already refreshes agent activity in real time, so the corrected status appears the moment a run starts — no app update needed.
Where to Find It
This fix is already live for every account on the mobile app's Agent Office and home-screen widget, with nothing to turn on.
