Your Decision Queue Is Now Available Over the API

The Decision Queue — everything currently waiting on you — is now available over the API, the same way it works on the web and powers the mobile app.

Summary

The Decision Queue — the ranked list of everything currently waiting on a person's attention — was previously only reachable from the web app itself. It's now available over the API too, using exactly the same logic, so no two views of your Decisions can disagree.

What You Gain

Before this, if you wanted your decision queue anywhere other than the Effigate Command Center web page, there wasn't a way to get it. Now it's available over the API, scoped and permissioned the same way the web page always has been.

This is the same foundation the mobile app's own Decisions screen is built on, so whether you check your decision queue on the web, on mobile, or build your own integration against the API, you're always looking at the same list.

How It Works

  • Fetch your decision queue as structured data, matching exactly what the web page shows.
  • Get your current count, useful for badge-style indicators in your own tools.
  • Clearing an item works the same way it already did.

Where to Find It

Available now for every account through the API; see your account's API documentation for the exact endpoints.
