Agent Run Transcripts Now Update Live Everywhere

Agent run transcripts now stream in live on web, mobile, and desktop, so you can watch an agent work in real time instead of refreshing the page.

Summary

Watching an agent work in Effigate Command Center used to mean looking at a frozen snapshot: the transcript showed whatever had happened by the moment you opened it, and you had to close and reopen it to see anything new. Transcripts now update live, on the web, in the mobile app, and in the desktop app's Office view, so you can follow an agent's work step by step as it happens.

What You Gain

Previously, if you opened a running agent's transcript to check on progress, you were looking at a point-in-time capture. A still-working agent might complete several more steps while you watched, and none of them would appear until you closed the view and reopened it — or, on the desktop app, the panel could simply stay blank. For anyone keeping an eye on a long-running task, that meant a lot of manual refreshing just to see what's actually happening.

Now every step an agent takes appears the moment it happens. Picture checking in on an agent mid-task: instead of a static list that ends mid-sentence, you watch each new action land in real time — a file being edited, a command running, a message being written — the same way you'd watch a teammate work over your shoulder. Tool calls stay collapsed to a short one-line summary by default, so the view stays readable even on a busy run; tap or click any one of them to expand the full detail.

Desktop's Office view gets a specific improvement here too: clicking on an agent whose most recent work ran on a different machine used to show an empty panel more often than not. It now reaches the same live source mobile and web use, so an agent's transcript shows up correctly regardless of which machine actually ran it.

How It Works

  • Live by default. Open a transcript from a task's execution history, from an agent's screen on mobile, or from its desk in the desktop app's Office view — it now fills in as the agent works, with no refresh needed.
  • Collapsed tool calls, full detail on demand. Each tool call shows as a short summary; tap or click to see the complete input and output.
  • Works across machines. An agent's transcript streams correctly in the desktop Office view even when the agent's work is running on a teammate's computer, not just your own.
  • No more stuck loading state. The web transcript view no longer gets stuck showing "Loading transcript…" when you reopen it quickly after closing it.

Where to Find It

This is live now for everyone on web, mobile, and desktop, with nothing to turn on. Open any agent run's transcript to see it update as the agent works.
