Say "set up the new client by Friday" and the resulting task already carries a sensible effort estimate, a checklist if the work has multiple steps, and a due date resolved against today — ready to review and confirm rather than build from scratch.
How It Works
- Complete proposals. Every task AI Chat proposes includes type, priority, effort, and a checklist where the work calls for one.
- Dates from plain language. Mention "next week" or "by Friday" and AI Chat resolves it to real start and end dates — shown on the proposal so you can adjust them before confirming.
- Structure when it's needed. Related work is proposed as linked parent and sub-tasks with stages, not one flat task.
- Works everywhere you create tasks from chat. Confirming one task, confirming several at once, or building a whole sprint from a conversation all carry the same complete detail through.
