Accepting an Effigate invitation now sets up your company, team, and account together, so a new workspace is ready to use the moment you sign in.

Joining Effigate from an invitation is now a single step. Click the link, choose a company name and a password, and your account and company are created together — already set up with a team, board, and starting structure — and you land straight on your dashboard.
What You Gain
Getting a new team onto a tool often means a gap between "we're interested" and "we're actually working in it," filled with setup steps someone has to push through. Now that gap is gone: picking a company name and a password is the entire setup. There's no separate configuration step afterward — roles, a default team, board columns, and document categories are already in place, so the first thing you see after signing in is a working Effigate, not an empty shell waiting to be configured.
How It Works
- One form, one step. Choose your company name and password; everything else is created for you.
- Ready immediately. Default roles, team, board, and categories are already set up when you land on your dashboard.
- Safe to send. Invitation links expire after two weeks and work only once, so an old link can't be reused later.
Where to Find It
Invitations are sent by the Effigate team when a workspace is requested. If you're waiting on access, no setup is required on your end beyond the link you'll receive.
