Effigate Now Organizes Every Account by Company
Every team, project, task, agent, and record in Effigate now belongs to your company's own account, fully separate from every other company using Effigate.
Summary
Effigate now organizes everything — teams, projects, tasks, agents, invoices, expenses, and HR records — under your company's own account. Each company's workspace is its own self-contained space, with its own settings, numbering, and access, separate from any other company using Effigate.
What You Gain
Before this change, workspace-level settings and numbering sat closer to the individual rather than the company, which made it awkward for a growing team to present one consistent setup to everyone working under it. Now your company owns its own workspace end to end: its own name and AI context, its own task numbering, its own invoice numbers and expense categories, its own leave types and board defaults. If your company runs two teams side by side, both work inside the same clean, independent account instead of improvising around settings meant for a single team.
How It Works
- Your own workspace identity. Company name, AI context, and task numbering are set once and apply everywhere your team works.
- Independent numbering and defaults. Invoices, expense categories, leave types, and board columns start from your company's own sequence, not shared with anyone else.
- Desktop app and CLI access are company-bound. A connected device or CLI session only ever works inside the company it was set up for.
- New companies start ready to go. A fresh company account comes with a default team, board, roles, and expense categories already in place — nothing to configure before your first task.
Where to Find It
This applies automatically to every Effigate account; existing workspaces kept all their data and continued working without any setup. There's nothing to turn on.
