Sprint And Task Forms Get Several Small Upgrades
A Sprint dropdown on the Task form, smarter default sorting, overdue highlighting, and an editable task Weight all landed together.
Summary
A batch of Sprint and Task improvements landed together: a Sprint dropdown on the Task form, smarter default sorting for active work, visible overdue highlighting, and an editable task Weight with an explanation of how it affects sprint progress.
What You Gain
Finding and managing active work used to take a bit more digging — scrolling to find the active sprint, spotting which tasks were overdue, or figuring out why a task's Weight mattered. Now the Active sprint and Unscheduled section open and sort to the top by default, overdue tasks are visually flagged, and Weight is right there in the Task modal with a plain explanation of what it does to sprint progress.
How It Works
- A Sprint dropdown on the Task form lets you assign a sprint without leaving the task.
- Smart defaults expand the Active sprint and Unscheduled section first, sorted to the top.
- Overdue highlighting makes late tasks visually obvious inside a sprint.
- Editable Weight, visible in the Task modal, with an in-app note on how it factors into sprint progress.
Where to Find It
All available now on every project's Sprints and Task views.
