Build User Segments and Group Profiles in LogZuno
See every tracked user and account with ready-made activity lists, build your own segments, and open a full profile.
LogZuno can now turn the events it already tracks into a clear picture of who your users and accounts actually are, with ready-made activity lists built in from day one and a segment builder for making your own list whenever those ready-made ones don't quite match how your product defines who is active.
What You Gain
Knowing how many events happened is only half the story; knowing which users are active, which are drifting away, and which group accounts are powering most of your usage is the half that drives decisions. LogZuno now keeps a profile for every tracked user and group, with six ready-made lists (new, active, engaged, recent, power and drifting users) built in from day one. When those do not match how your product defines "active," a custom segment can combine any mix of properties, computed values, activity and event counts to build the exact list you need, and save it for reuse.
How It Works
Every user automatically gets a profile with their properties, a 90-day activity grid, event history and the groups they belong to; group profiles show the same for whole accounts, including a daily active member chart. The six ready-made lists update on their own as events come in. The segment builder lets you combine conditions — a property equals something, an event happened a certain number of times, a computed value crosses a threshold — with "match all" or "match any" logic, preview the result, and save it as a named segment anyone on the team can reuse. Lists and segments can be searched and exported to CSV. A saved segment stays live, so its membership updates automatically as users and accounts change over time.
Where to Find It
Open the Users or Groups page in any project to see the ready-made lists, search, or start a new segment. Available on every LogZuno plan.
Segments and profiles are built from the events your project is already tracking. Learn more about LogZuno at logzuno.app.
