Try Every LogZuno API Call From the Playground
The playground now covers events, identities, groups and insight updates, with working code for each in eight languages and tools.
The LogZuno playground now covers every kind of API call, not just a single test event.
What You Gain
Trying out an API call used to mean picking through documentation and guessing at the exact shape a request needed. The playground now has a tab for each kind of call LogZuno accepts — events, identities, groups and insight updates (setting, incrementing or decrementing a number you track) — and sends whatever you fill in for real, validated exactly as the live API would. Whichever tab is open, the matching code appears next to it, ready to copy into your own project in the SDK, cURL, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby or Go, so there is no translating a sample request into your own language by hand.
How It Works
Each tab's fields map directly onto that call's real shape: an event or identity call takes a channel (pick an existing one or type a new one, with a searchable icon to label it) and any properties you add; a group call takes a group id and its properties; an insight call takes the insight's name and the number to set, add or subtract. Submitting any of them sends a genuine request using your project's own key, and the code panel updates to match exactly what was just sent, so the snippet you copy is already proven to work.
Where to Find It
Open the Playground from any project's settings and choose a tab for the kind of call you want to try.
