Invite Your Team to LogZuno With Role-Based Access
Create a LogZuno organization, invite teammates by email, and give each one an owner, admin, member or viewer role.
A LogZuno organization can now hold a whole team instead of just one person. Teammates are invited by email, each one gets their own sign-in, and each is given exactly the access their job needs rather than sharing a single account and password between everyone who needs to see the data.
What You Gain
Before, there was no way to bring a team into one LogZuno account without sharing a single login. Now an organization can invite as many teammates as it needs, each with their own sign-in and their own role. An owner or admin keeps control of billing, API keys and membership, while a member works day to day in the projects and a viewer can check dashboards and reports without being able to change anything. Removing someone's access, or handing ownership to someone else, takes one action from organization settings instead of changing a shared password.
How It Works
From organization settings, an owner or admin sends an invitation to a teammate's email address; the teammate accepts it to join with the role chosen for them. Four roles are available: owner, admin, member and viewer, each opening or closing specific settings and actions across the organization. Every project inside the organization follows the same membership, so a new hire sees every project they are meant to the moment they accept. An audit log records every invitation, role change and removal, so it is always clear who changed what and when. An owner can transfer ownership of the whole organization to another member when needed, and a pending invitation can be cancelled before it is accepted if a role was chosen by mistake.
