Squad Briefings And Connector Accounts Now Reach The Agent

A squad leader's briefing and an agent's granted connector accounts weren't reliably reaching the agent at the start of a run; both now do.

Summary

When a run was routed to a squad leader, or an agent had been granted access to specific connector accounts, that context wasn't reliably making it to the agent at the start of the run. Both now reach the agent properly, along with a small formatting fix to how agents open their comments.

What You Gain

If you'd set up a squad with a leader and members, or granted an agent access to particular connector accounts, you'd reasonably expect the agent to actually know about that setup when it started working. Instead, that information wasn't being delivered, which meant a squad leader might not act like one, and an agent with connector access might not reliably pick the right account to use.

Now a squad leader's run tells it clearly that it's leading the squad, who its members are, and how to hand off work to them. An agent granted connector accounts is told exactly which accounts it has and which one is the default, so it can choose correctly without guessing.

How It Works

  • Squad leaders now receive their full briefing — their role, their members, and how to delegate — at the start of a run.
  • Granted connector accounts are now listed for the agent, including which one is the default.
  • Agents are told not to repeat a task's title as a heading in their own comments, since it's already shown separately.
  • A chat about a specific project now gives the agent that project's actual documents and overview, rather than defaulting to an unrelated project.

Where to Find It

This applies automatically wherever you use squads or connector accounts — there's nothing to configure.
