Projects Now Always Appear In Every Team List
A project could be missing from Agent Usage, Calendar and Autopilot dropdowns; it now reliably appears wherever your team's projects are listed.
Summary
Some projects weren't showing up where you'd expect them — in the Agent Usage project filter, the Calendar, or Autopilot setup forms — even though totals elsewhere clearly counted activity from them. The underlying link between a project and its team is now set correctly, so every project appears consistently everywhere your team's projects are listed.
What You Gain
Before this fix, a project created directly in the web app could end up missing from several places that list "your team's projects," even while still showing up in overall totals. That mismatch was confusing: you'd see activity from a project in one summary, then be unable to find or select it in a dropdown elsewhere. Any existing projects affected by this were also corrected, so the fix applies retroactively, not just to new projects going forward.
How It Works
- New projects are now correctly linked to the team they're created in, so they appear everywhere that team's projects are listed from day one.
- Existing projects that were affected have already been corrected — no action needed on your part.
- This fixes the project list on Agent Usage, the Calendar, Autopilot's create and edit forms, and the desktop app's project list.
Where to Find It
This applies automatically across your account — there's nothing to turn on or re-link yourself.
