Newest AI Models Ready To Pick For Your Agents
The agent Model dropdown now offers the newest AI model releases directly, so you can pick them without typing a model name by hand.
Summary
Setting up or updating an agent now gives you the newest AI models right in the Model dropdown, instead of requiring you to know and type an exact model identifier yourself.
What You Gain
Keeping an agent on the best available model used to mean knowing the exact name of a new release and entering it correctly — an extra bit of friction most people would rather skip, and one that made it easy to miss out on a better or faster model simply because you hadn't heard the exact right name yet.
Now the newest models from the leading AI providers are available to pick directly from the dropdown when you set up or edit an agent. New agents you create default to a current, well-rounded model, so you get sensible behavior out of the box, while still being free to pick something else for a specific agent's needs.
How It Works
- The Model dropdown lists the newest AI model releases, so you can switch an agent to a newer model in a couple of clicks.
- New agents default to a current, well-balanced model automatically.
- Existing agents keep whatever model they're already set to — nothing changes unless you choose to switch it.
- An older model nearing retirement is removed from the list for new selections; if one of your agents is still using it, you'll want to switch that agent to a current model before the older one stops being available.
Where to Find It
Pick a model for any agent from its settings page, under the Model dropdown.
