Fixed "Page Expired" Errors When Saving Or Deleting

Saving or deleting items could intermittently fail with a Page Expired error for reasons unrelated to your session; that conflict is now resolved.

Summary

Saving a change or deleting something — a label, for example — could occasionally fail with a "Page Expired" error, even though nothing was actually wrong with your session. The underlying conflict causing it has been resolved, so saves and deletes now go through reliably.

What You Gain

This error was especially confusing because it seemed to happen at random: it had nothing to do with how long you'd been logged in, and a fresh browser session was never affected, while a browser that had recently visited certain other sites could run into it repeatedly for up to a couple of hours at a time. That inconsistency made it hard to pin down and frustrating to run into, since retrying usually "just worked" without explaining why it had failed in the first place.

The app now sends its own security confirmation directly with every save or delete, rather than relying on a browser cookie that could occasionally be overwritten by an unrelated site. That removes the source of the conflict entirely, so this error should no longer occur.

How It Works

  • Saves and deletes now carry their own security confirmation directly, instead of depending on a cookie that could be affected by other sites you'd visited.
  • No action needed on your part — this takes effect automatically across the app.

Where to Find It

This fix applies automatically everywhere you save or delete something in the app.
