Everything updates live, not just agent activity
Every change a person or an agent makes now appears instantly across the Board, tasks, comments, sprints, Inbox and more, without anyone refreshing the page.
Summary
Until now, only agent activity announced itself in real time. A teammate editing a task, dragging a card on the Board, ticking a checklist, or posting a review decision stayed invisible to everyone else until they refreshed. Every one of those changes now broadcasts live, from anyone, to every screen watching it.
What You Gain
Real-time collaboration only works if it's actually real-time for everyone doing the work, not just for agents. Before this, a team working the same board together had to refresh constantly to see what a colleague had just done — the kind of friction that makes a shared workspace feel stale even while people are actively using it together.
Picture three teammates working the same sprint: one drags a card to Done, another adds a comment, a third updates a due date. Previously, none of that reached the other two screens without a manual refresh. Now all three see each other's changes appear within moments, exactly as if they were in the same room. This builds on the Board and comment reliability fixes from earlier this month, extending live updates to everyone on the team, not just the cases that were breaking before.
How It Works
- Board — cards move, restyle and reassign live for changes made by anyone on any project.
- Task view and modal — properties, checklists, assignees, stage and status update live as they change elsewhere.
- Comments — every kind of comment, including review decisions, now broadcasts as it's posted, edited, resolved or deleted.
- Sprints, Inbox, Calendar and Agent views — sprint boards, new notifications, calendar dates, and agent status and run history all refresh live as the underlying work changes.
- Analytics — charts and leaderboards update as runs finish, batched sensibly so a busy period doesn't flood the page with re-loads.
A burst of related changes — an agent assigning ten sub-tasks at once, for example — is coalesced into one refresh rather than ten, so the experience stays smooth even during heavy activity.
Where to Find It
This is live now across the entire app, for every account — there is nothing to turn on.
