A Swimlane View Joins The Standard Kanban Board
Projects now offer a swimlane view alongside the Kanban board, grouping tasks into rows so patterns in your work are easier to spot.
Summary
Alongside the standard Kanban board, projects now offer a swimlane view — grouping tasks into horizontal rows so you can see work broken out by category at a glance.
What You Gain
The standard board is great for seeing status at a glance, but it doesn't show how work breaks down by team, type, or owner without extra digging. Swimlanes add that second dimension: the same tasks, now also grouped into rows that make patterns easier to spot — for example, seeing at once that one team's lane is piling up while another's is empty.
How It Works
Switch to the swimlane view from the board's view selector; tasks keep their normal status columns, now also grouped into the rows you choose.
Where to Find It
Available on every project's Board today, alongside the existing Kanban view.
