Connect Gmail, Drive, Calendar And Slack For Your Agents
Agents can now work through your team's own Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Slack accounts, with each agent granted only the access it actually needs.
Summary
Agents can now work with your team's own Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Slack accounts through shared, team-level connections — each agent given only the specific account access it actually needs.
What You Gain
Before connectors, an agent that needed to read a calendar, send an email, or post to Slack had no safe way to reach those tools at all. Teams either skipped those steps or handled them manually after the agent's work was done.
Now a team can connect its own Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Slack once, and grant individual agents access to exactly the accounts they need — no more, no less. Picture a support team connecting its shared inbox and calendar: one agent can now draft a reply in Gmail and check availability in Calendar, while a different agent handling internal documentation only has Drive access, with no reach into email at all. Each grant is deliberate, not all-or-nothing.
How It Works
- Team-shared connections. Connect a Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or Slack account once, and make it available to the whole team.
- Per-agent, per-account grants. Decide exactly which agents can use which connected account, rather than opening every tool to every agent.
- Real work, not just reading. Agents can act through these connections — drafting, scheduling, posting — within the access they've been given.
- Centrally managed. Connections are set up and revoked from one place, so access doesn't quietly linger after it's no longer needed.
Where to Find It
Connect an account and manage agent access from your workspace's integration settings; available on every account.
